T - Torso :
Measure vertically once around your upper body (full length circumference). Take the tape measure from the highest point of the shoulder through the crotch and back to the shoulder.

B - Chest :
Measure your chest circumference horizontally at the widest part of your chest. W - Waist :Measure your waist horizontally at the narrowest part of your upper body.

H - Hips / bottom :
Measure the circumference horizontally at the widest part of your buttocks.
