Information for customers outside the European Union

The company Cultulu.com is based in the south of Germany – and the goods you order will be shipped to you exclusively from there.

All our product prices include the applicable VAT rate for EU countries – however, the standard rate is 19% German VAT. However, this only applies to customers within the European Union (EU). If your delivery address is outside the EU, these taxes are waived – meaning you can shop duty-free in our online shop.

After logging into your user account or entering your delivery address, the product prices will be displayed correctly (with the respective VAT of your country or without tax).

Please note that you may be required to pay taxes and/or customs duties upon delivery of your shipment.
The costs incurred depend primarily on the recipient country and the value of your order. Therefore, please inform yourself about your country's regulations regarding customs duties and taxes on shipments from the EU before making your purchase. In most countries, shipping costs are considered an additional value.

For tax and insurance reasons, the actual value of your shipment will be stated on the export documents. All packages leave our shipping department as "commercial goods shipments"; for the reasons stated above, they cannot be declared as "gifts without value." We ask for your understanding.

Shipping to other EU countries (except Switzerland) is currently only possible via DHL, UPS, and, where applicable, DHL Express and Deutsche Post. Delivery to the recipient's country is then handled by their country's postal service (except for UPS and DHL Express).
